How is patient0 (me) grade this year vs last year?

Great question, glad you asked doctor0 (also me). Patrick was able to sustain an active lifestyle by participating in a half marathon, disc golf outings with buddies, and daily walks with doggo0 (my goodest boy).

He didn’t focus much on strength training but found time weekly for some cardio by a jog and a peloton ride. He didn’t count calories and he was/is happy didn’t try to think about it too much.

What’s changed?

Well you see stranger (you), this dude has went and gone lost his head… His health that is.

No, it hasn’t fallen off of a cliff but if you asked him to review with you his annual bill of health that slipped last year. It is unfortunate doctor1 (not me) wants to this this chum, this dude, again in a couple of months.

He has stayed a consistent 220+ at just under 6ft over past couple years. Patrick has always had a couple inches of fast, but there is no hiding the belly anymore. It is what it is, lol.

Patrick is shooting for 200+ lbs by end of year. Patrick is thinking, “Week 2 – 3 update, 2027.”

Patrick is cave man, Patrick think it good to put into practice the stupid practices he put into place to work on for the entirety of the next year. Meh, Caveman think too much. Caveman, need smash.

Patrick doesn’t consider himself older than 40?

Patrick for the longest time has been talking to himself in the third person especially when writing an email. 🙂 So this blogging thing is taking up more of the dude’s time. The dude feels like 50 is past the bend. so He needs to keep showing up to the party with some dancing mobiliy at the drop of a hat. It’s funny to think about the ballrooms now, when the dude grew up in barns and cow sheds.
